The design team has completed the web design with a new concept for the driving school. Lou was however, not looking forward to his meeting with Jean Armand. He had spent the last two weeks at the school. It was unfortunate that he had only two days with the attractive Ms Jean, as she was promoted and her responsibilities taken over by Jean Armand, who was both cynical and unfriendly. Thankfully it would soon be over, and he would not be seeing Armand again.

His presentation had emphasized two areas, as Armand had mentioned - for women and young drivers. However, there were to be further changes and enhancements, as Jean Armand had a lot of complaints. Where is the information for the practical test? Lou was supposed to have highlighted the preparatory classes for the practical test. He has also left out the module on the driving instructor courses for women. Furthermore, the colors and design did not fully reflect the school’s innovative learning methodologies.

Lou felt his head spinning as he dreaded the thought of spending more time with Armand. If only I could blow up like the Incredible Hulk, he thought, and would punch him in the face, or point my wrist wear and send him to the next dimension. Lou regretted having chosen this customer as he remembered that it was the name that attracted him – XYZ Driving School for Women. He thought it was exclusively for women, and that he would be working with attractive females. Furthermore he did not expect the pretty marketing manager to be replaced by a fussy, inflexible man.

Lou felt depressed as he left the meeting with instructions for further amendments to the website. Jean Armand wanted to brief him onthe practical test again; he even proposed that Lou take the preparatory classes and the test, so that he could have a better understanding of how they work. Lou considered handing this customer over to another colleague in his company. On the other hand, he could call in sick for the rest of the week. Life is definitely not good to him!
